The "Ferienhaus (holiday home) Waldhaus" has a beautiful secluded location at the edge of the forest of Föckinghausen, a small village close to Bestwig, in the nature park „Arnsberger Wald".
We offer hikers and nature lovers who seek the quietness of nature a cosy holiday home for 2-4 people.

Use of the hotel facilities
Our hotel "Waldhaus Föckinghausen" is located only about 200 metres from the "Ferienhaus".
With plenty of creativity and innovative spirit we conjure up, on the basis of the good Westphalian cuisine, ever-surprising culinary delights for our guests.
You have the possibility to take part in the hotel breakfast between 8.00 to 10.00 hours as well as half-board between 17.30 and 19.00 hours. Please inform us upon arrival. We also gladly reserve a table for you, if you want to eat lunch or dinner a la carte in our house. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The sauna-area in the hotel is open for the guests of the holiday home from Wednesday to Sunday between 16.00 and 19.00 hours and subject to prior consultation. The cost contribution is 12.00 € per person. Please inform the hotel staff if and when you want to use the sauna.
